Advanced Home
Overview: This includes everything from HEALTHY HOME plus we offer a HERS certificate that can help your home more marketable when you go to sell it.
We offer a HERS certificate which stands for Home Energy Rating Index certificate. We’ve all seen the ENERGY STAR icon for refrigerators and appliances. This is basically the same thing for your home. It will begin to become common place when people are viewing homes to look for a HERS ratings. If you plan on selling anytime in the future you’ll have the certificate already done to use.
Healthy Home
Overview: This includes everything in the HOME ENERGY plus we help you identify why certain areas of your home are uncomfortable. This evaluation typically takes 5 hours.
- Infrared camera
- Room pressure test
- REM (Residential Energy Model) Design
Home Energy
Overview: This covers the basics of a home audit that APS/SRP support. This evaluation typically takes 3 to 3.5 hours.
The evaluation includes installing:
- 10 CF light bulbs (installed)
- 3 aerators (2 bath/1 kitchen) - APS
- Kill-a-watt meter - SRP
- 1 low flow shower head
